With the connector adapters, you can build long tracks.
After five connected rails, we recommend supporting the track with a pillar - otherwise it may sag and the Sky Rider could lose speed.
That's entirely up to you! You decide whether to build more vertically or horizontally.
With the screw clamp, you can attach the track to tables, shelves, or window sills.
This way, you can create exciting tracks in all sorts of places.
With expansion sets and action elements, you can keep expanding endlessly.
Make sure there's enough speed on approach - not too flat!
If the arrow hits the target in the upper area, it tips backward and clears the track. If needed, lower the target slightly so the arrow hits higher.
Make sure the white barrier at the bottom of the lift is in place before the Sky Rider enters.
Also check that the belt is correctly inserted into the lift carriage - it only works reliably that way.
The Sky Rider needs momentum.
Make sure the track leading into the loop is as straight and steep as possible.
Make sure the two track sections overlap.
Adjust the spring tension if necessary.
Please don't! Doing so may bend the wheels. Place the Sky Rider at the beginning of the track and let it run through completely. You can easily remove it at the end.
Arrange the stands in a triangular setup and connect them with the white tubes. Cross-braces give your construction extra stability. The Starter Kit includes examples in the instructions.
Check whether the small gray silicone piece is inserted in the clip. You'll find an illustration in the instructions.
The stands should stand firmly and evenly on the floor. Take a close look at the white rods: they must rest against the intended edge in the base. If you turn the stand over, you'll see a ring inside - the rods must fit snugly against it. The instructions include a picture to guide you.
Yes! Very soon, you'll find new building ideas, videos, and competitions regularly on our website and on YouTube.
Get inspired!
Don't worry, even pros experience this!
Just try again - or rebuild. That's part of the fun!
SKY TRAILS is a new construction and action system! It lets you build your own zip line course - with curves, wild descents, lifts, and much more. All elements are plug-in, modular, and can be rebuilt at any time - just the way you want. There are no limits to your creativity!
You need the Starter Kit first (Item No. 71969). It contains the most important parts so you can start building right away - such as rails, connectors, and the Sky Rider. After that, you can expand your set with many exciting extensions and action elements.
SKY TRAILS is super flexible! You can start small - for example, on a table or on the floor - or build really big if you have more space. The Connection and Construction Sets provide additional rails and connectors so you can keep expanding your track. It gets especially exciting when you connect different pieces of furniture or even whole rooms - from the floor to the desk and all the way up to the shelf!
Sometimes you just need to press the pieces together a little more firmly.
If it still wobbles:
The setup of the stands is especially important so your SKY TRAILS don't wobble. The instructions show how to insert the white tubes correctly and how to position the stands optimally.
Of course! You can build your SKY TRAILS around a knight's castle, a pirate ship, or other PLAYMOBIL worlds.
Important: you always need a figure with a slider to ride.
The Air Lift is explained in detail in the instructions. It works mechanically - no electricity needed - and can be activated with one simple move. To ensure the Sky Rider works smoothly, everything must be set up straight and stable. Then the rider slides onto the lift and is automatically carried upwards.
At the moment, it's not possible to buy individual parts such as single rails.
SKY TRAILS is designed for indoor use. If you build outdoors, make sure it's dry and that you don't lose any parts. On the balcony or in the garden on a nice day, it works too.
