Build bigger, higher, further - it's up to you!
The Air Lift works purely mechanically – no electricity needed – and can be activated with a simple hand movement. For smooth operation, the track must be straight and stable. Once the Sky Rider enters the sled, it is automatically lifted upward.
In addition to a stable setup, two things are especially important:
(1) Alignment: The start and end sections should be positioned directly above each other. If the parts are twisted and not aligned, the Sky Rider may get stuck or fail to reach the upper track.
(2) Cable tension: If the spool doesn’t provide enough pulling force and the transport sled can’t lift the Sky Rider completely, adjust the cable tension:
Stability: Make sure the Air Lift is firmly built into your track and not standing freely. Use our stability tips and add crossbars for extra support.
Stickers: Check that the stickers are correctly applied (see the building instructions) so the transport sled can move smoothly upward.
The Air Lift is explained in detail in the instructions. It works mechanically - no electricity needed - and can be activated with one simple move. To ensure the Sky Rider works smoothly, everything must be set up straight and stable. Then the rider slides onto the lift and is automatically carried upwards.
Make sure the white barrier at the bottom of the lift is in place before the Sky Rider enters.
Also check that the belt is correctly inserted into the lift carriage - it only works reliably that way.
Check that the little grey rubber stopper is inside the clip! Without it, the clip won’t grip. You’ll find a visual for this in the instructions.
